Remote 4-27-2021 PB Meeting

To Residents and Property Owners:  The Planning Board will hold a REMOTE workshop to consider a Level III Site Plan and Subdivision application to facilitate a 57-unit senior housing building and a 41-unit multifamily housing building at 73 and 91 Spring Street (formerly 144 State Street), along with associated site improvements. The subject property is 32,531 square feet in size and is zoned R-6 Residential. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov. Please refer to the document, Guide to Public Participation in the Planning Board Process, for revised procedures for public comment which can be found at http://www.portlandmaine.gov/551/Development-Review.

The subject property is 5.34 acres in size and is zoned R-6 Residential. The workshop is an opportunity for the applicant to present a plan to the Planning Board in an informal session which is open to the public. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. To Residents and Property Owners:  The Planning Board will hold a REMOTE public hearing to consider an After-the-Fact Level III Site Plan Amendment to the November 28, 2017 Planning Board approval for a five-level, 257 space parking structure at 48-72 Brown Street (#2017-145). The proposed amendment is intended to facilitate the review and approval of a permanent specialty lighting display affixed to the structure’s exterior. The subject property is 0.9 acres in size and is zoned B-3 Downtown Business. Public Comments will be taken at this meeting. Written comments should be submitted to planningboard@portlandmaine.gov.
