Who is Jack Hammer

Jack has been a part of the Public Works family now for over ten years and serves as the Department mascot. While he's not a big talker, he loves kids and is a big fan of the City of Portland. You can catch him at a number of community events throughout the year including the occasional Sea Dogs or Portland Pirates home game!
