New Development Review Projects (Various Properties)

921 RIVERSIDE STREET

To residents and property owners: North Spore has submitted a Level II Site Plan application to facilitate a change of use at a 25,000 square foot warehouse building at 921 Riverside Street; the subject building, currently vacant, was formerly an indoor amusement use. 19,620 square feet of floor area will be utilized for general warehousing and indoor agricultural purposes and 4,800 square feet will be programmed as office space. The subject property is 6.48 acres in size and is zoned I-M Industrial. In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level II Site Plan application must be sent to property owners located within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). This application will be reviewed administratively by City Staff. This is the only notice you will receive.

The subject property is 10,306 square feet in size and is zoned R-P Residence Professional.  In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level II Site Plan application must be sent to property owners located within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone).
