73 Deering Street - New Development Review Project

To residents and property owners: Jason Vickery has submitted a Level 3 application for subdivision review of 73 Deering Street. The existing building has 3 dwelling units and 2,000 sf of office space. The proposal is to create four additional units for a total of 7 dwelling units. The site is located in the R-6 zone and the application is subject to Portland's subdivision standards.  In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level III Site Plan application must be sent to property owners within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). You will be notified of future Planning Board meetings by receiving notices from the Planning Division prior to any workshops or public hearings.
