6 White Birch Lane - New Development Review Project


To residents and property owners: King Weinstein, representing Brichlane LLC, has submitted a Level III subdivision and site plan for a new 3 unit building at 6 White Birch Lane. The three-story building with associated parking and stormwater improvements is proposed within the existing Planned Residential Development. Access to the site is from Knight Street. The property is within the Residential R-5 zone and the overall development is in both the R-5 and R-3 zones. The project is subject to review under Portland's subdivision and site plan standards.

In accordance with the Portland Land Use Ordinance, notices of receipt of a Level 3: Site Plan application must be sent to property owners within 500 ft. of the subject property (or 1,000 ft. if the project is a subdivision or map amendment for a site located within an Industrial Zone). You will be notified of future Planning Board meetings by receiving notices from the Planning Division prior to any workshops or public hearings.
