Santa Claus Set to Visit the Portland Fire Museum

Santa Claus will be visiting the Portland Fire Museum to meet with children for their Christmas wishes, sponsored by the Portland Veteran Firemen’s Association and the Portland Fire Department.

Christmas Village scenes have been built inside two of the horse stalls displaying over twenty ceramic firehouses with apparatus, figures, snow, ice ponds and Christmas music.  Also, animated seasonal figures that sing and dance will be on display.  Parents can bring children to the museum and are welcome to take their own pictures of Santa with their children near the 1938 McCann fire truck.

Children visiting must be accompanied and supervised by parents or guardians.

Cost:  FREE, but a donation to support the Portland Fire Museum is encouraged

Dates: Saturdays on November 24, and December 1, 8 and 15.

Time: 11 am to 2 pm
